Does Yendy ship to my country?Β 

We ship throughout the UK. The delivery cost for all UK orders is Β£3.99 and typically orders arrive within 2-4 working days. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot offer international shipping, but watch this space!Β 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please be aware that occasionally deliveries can take longer than expected. We prioritise customer satisfaction and therefore work very hard to deliver on time and inform our customers of any issues on our end, that could be causing a hold-up. If you are not in receipt of your order 6 working days after placing it, please contact hello@yendyskin.com and we will investigate for you.Β 

The delivery address on my order is incorrect, can I change it?

Your delivery details may be adjusted, providing you contact the Yendy team at hello@yendyskin.com within 1 hour of placing the order. We are sorry to say that beyond this, changes cannot be made, so deliveries cannot be redirected to a new address.

How can I keep track of my order?
A confirmation email, along with your tracking number, will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. Please remember to check your spam or junk! If you haven’t received your tracking number within 1-2 working days after placing your order, please contact the Yendy team at hello@yendyskin.com.Β 

I have received the wrong item(s) or item(s) are missing from my order, what should I do?Β 
We are very sorry to hear that you have received the wrong item or that items are missing from your order! We would like to remedy this for you immediately. Please contact the Yendy Team at hello@yendyskin.com.

I’d like to adjust or cancel my order, is that possible?Β 
Your order can be adjusted or cancelled, providing you contact the Yendy team at hello@yendyskin.com within 1 hour of placing the order. We are sorry to say that beyond this, any changes or cancelations cannot be made.
